Our Block Paving Process

  • We begin by excavating the area to the appropriate depth, laying strong foundations, and fully compacting the sub-base.
  • The entire area is carefully leveled to ensure proper drainage, with surface water channels or soakaways installed as needed.
  • Edge restraints are securely set in concrete, and voids are filled with sharp sand.
  • The blocks are laid by hand to match your design specifications, then compacted using a plate vibrator for a solid finish.
  • Finally, jointing sand is applied to fill any remaining gaps, ensuring a flawless and durable surface.
